Vacuum Metallizing Coatings

VB-4885 Universal, High Solids Vacuum Metallizing Basecoat
Description
VB-4885 is a General Purpose, low cost, Universal Vacuum Metallizing Basecoat that has been designed for use in Spray and Flow coating applications. Ideally suited for use on such substrates as Polystyrene, ABS, Acrylic, Polycarbonate and Noryl Plastics, VB-4885 offers fast cure times and delivers outstanding hardness, gloss, clarity and flow.

In addition, VB-4885 is offered at a high rate of solids, allowing for a greater level of reduction flexibility than may be found in alternate coatings. VB-4885 also performs equally well when used as a Topcoat.

We suggest this Vacuum Metallizing Basecoat for use in most general purpose and decorative Metallizing finishing applications.  Not recommended for un-primed and untreated Polypropylene.
