VB-4784-LV V.O.C.
Compliant version of VB-2021-MD, is an industry
recognized standard low
cost VM coating designed specifically
for use on Interior surface
Automotive and general purpose
Metallizing applications.
Among its attributes,
VB-4784-LV adheres to most
thermoplastics as well as un-primed
Polypropylene, various grades of TPO,
Nylon, Noryl and some metal. Uniquely formulated to deliver
high build and optimum flow, VB-4784-LV
is intended for use in
Automotive forward lighting and
tail lamp assemblies, as well as
residential and commercial lighting
applications.

HVLP Spray.

Cure Cycle
|

Flash off 15 to 30 minutes,
followed by a 60 to 120 minute cure at 160
- 260 degrees F. depending on substrate,
film thickness at application and in-service
temperature requirements.

Storage
|
 |
Store in tightly sealed
containers, at ambient temperatures.
Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign
materials. Process ability of this product
can be adversely affected by evaporation
and contamination.

Shelf Life
|
|
12 months, provided
materials are kept in sealed original
containers under specified conditions.
Storage beyond this period can produce
higher viscosities.
