and Vacuum Metallizing (CD/V)
Basecoat has been specifically formulated
for use on Interior and exterior
Automotive Lighting and chrome
deposition application, where high
intensity curing and in-service
temperatures may be required.
Among it’s attributes, this VM
deposition Basecoat offers outstanding
plate adhesion, exceptional flow, very
good levels of brilliance and above
average distortion characteristics.
VB-4772 adheres equally well to such
substrates as Zenoy, Nylon, Valox,
High Temperature Polycarbonate, Primed
TPO and GTX. Due to its outstanding flow
and exceptional depth of field, this
product aids in the coverage of many
substrate surface imperfections, making
it ideal for use in a wide variety of
applications.
