APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR: SP-968 DURA CURE COLOR COATINGS

USAGE MIX: Mix SP-968 color coatings thoroughly before use. Mild settling may occur if unused for prolonged periods of time. Agitating and circulating systems may be used in conjunction with SP-968 Color Coatings. REDUCTION: Do not reduce. Apply as is. APPLICATION METHOD: Apply by HVLP and Conventional Spray DRY TIME Flash off solvents 5 minutes at ambient temperature. Force dry to a surface part temperature of 285 degrees F. for a minimum of 12 minutes. PROPERTIES INITIAL ADHESION: 100% adhesion at the cross on Aluminum, Steel, Valox and Nylon Plastics. ADHESION AFTER 72 HOURS: 100% adhesion at the cross hatch.. WATER EMERSION: No evidence of whitening of the coating or blistering of the coating surface after 24 hours water emersion and 5 minutes recovery. Testing performed at 104 degrees F. PENCIL HARDNESS: < 3B STORAGE Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by contamination. SHELL LIFE 12 months from the original date of manufacture.
