Mix:
|
Mix
WT and WTW Topcoats thoroughly before use. Mild settling
may occur if unused for prolonged periods
of time.
Agitating
and circulating systems may be used with
these product.

Reduce:
|
WT Topcoats: Do not Reduce,
apply as is.
|
|
|
WTW Water base Topcoats:
Slight reduction may be desired. If
necessary, reduce as required with water.
|
|
Application:
|
Apply by Spray.
|

Dry Time
|
|
|
|
WT Topcoats:
|
Become tacky to the touch
within 5 - 10 minutes and may be handled
within 30 minutes of application. Complete
cure will be achieved after all solvents
have evaporated from the coating film.
Coating dry times may vary, however WT
Topcoats normally dry within 1 hour of application at 77 degrees F., and
within 30 minutes, when cured at 140
degrees F.

WTW Topcoats:
|
Become tacky to the touch
within 15 minutes and may be handled
within 30 minutes of application. Complete
Cure will be achieved after all solvents
and water have evaporated from the coating
film. While your dry times may vary depending
upon humidity conditions and temperature,
WTW Topcoats typically dry within 90
minutes at 77 degrees F., and within 30
minutes, when cured at 140 degrees F.

Storage
|
|
Store in tightly sealed
containers, at ambient temperatures. Keep
from freezing. Repeated freezing and
thawing of this product may greatly affect
viscosity and usability. Protect
from moisture and foreign materials.
Process ability of this product can be
adversely affected by contamination.

Shelf Life

WT Topcoats:

months, provided materials are kept in
sealed original containers under specified
conditions. Storage beyond this period can
produce higher viscosities.

WTW Topcoats
|

months, provided materials are kept in
sealed original containers under specified
conditions. Storage beyond this period can
produce higher viscosities and greatly
affect product usability.
