Cosmetic Resistant Water Reducible VM
Basecoat |
 |
|
 |
Description
|
|
VBW-4900 is a High Solids
Water Reducible VM Basecoat that is
ideally suited for Basecoat and Chemical
Resistant Topcoat applications. Among
its attributes; VBW-4900 provides
exceptional adhesion to ABS, Metals,
Polycarbonate and surface treated
Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Phenolic.
In addition, VBW-4900
provides optimum brilliance, flow,
chemical resistance and optical
properties. Due to the high solids
level of this coating, VBW-4900 allows
for a high degree of flexibility
in reduction schedules, making it
ideally suited for smooth and rough
substrate applications.
VBW-4900 has been
specifically designed for low V.O.C.
Cosmetic as well as general purpose
Metallizing applications and provides
superior physical properties in a Water
Base VM Coating.
