Description
VT-4957 is a high solids, low cost Vacuum Metallizing Clear Topcoat that offers relatively short tack free set up times, exceptional gloss and superb flow. In addition, VT-4957 delivers outstanding appearance at thin film load levels and offers very good re-coat characteristics. VT-4957 is ideally suited for general purpose Vacuum Metallizing applications, where short lines or extended cure line times may be unavailable.

Reduction
Do not reduce. Apply as is.

Application
Method:	Apply by conventional and HVLP Spray.

Cure Cycle
Air dry (or) Flash off 15 minutes, followed by a 60 minute cure at 140 degrees F.

Storage
Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by evaporation and contamination.

Shelf Life
12 months, provided materials are kept in sealed original containers under specified conditions. Storage beyond this period can produce higher viscosities.
