RCB-7092 Zero V.O.M. U.V. Cure Vacuum Metallizing Basecoat
Description
RCB-7092 Zero V.O.M. U.V. Cure Basecoat has been designed specifically for use in finishing applications where high solids - zero V.O.C. Vacuum Metallizing coatings may be desired.

Intended for use on substrates such as ABS and Polycarbonate, RCB-7092 requires no flash off time prior to cure and offers exceptional adhesion to the substrate and extremely good levels of plate adhesion to the Basecoat. In addition, RCB-7092 provides outstanding flow, surface wetting properties and gloss. Very good specularity and depth of field at low film load levels characterize this Vacuum Metallizing Basecoat.

RCB-7092 is a recoverable coating: over spray can be collected for re-use, making it an economical coating of choice for use in Automotive and most general purpose applications, requiring the ultimate in state of the art U.V. Cure film technology.

Reduction
Do not reduce. Apply as is.
Application
Method: Apply by conventional and HVLP Spray.
Cure Cycle
Flash off times are not required for use with this U.V. Cure Coating. Cure at a minimum of 2800 mj cm/sq.
Storage
Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by evaporation and contamination. 
Shelf Life
12 months, provided materials are kept in sealed original containers under specified conditions. Storage beyond this period can produce higher viscosities.
