VQ-4024 Water Reducible Gold Dip Dye Solution

Description
VQ-4024 is a water reducible Gold Dip Dye Solution that has been designed for use in "shading over" Topcoat applications. Among its attributes, VQ-4024 offers cost effect means of uniform Dye transfer to Topcoat Metallized surfaced. In addition, VQ-4024 is supplied with a relatively high level of pigmentation. Color Retention and a high degree of Transparency characterize this Dip Dye Solution making it a candidate of choice for most applications. VQ-4024 is suitable for use with all Water base and Solvent Base VM Topcoat Dip applications and may be reformulated to meet a variety of color requirements.

Application
Mix:	Mix thoroughly before use.
Reduce:	Reduce 2:1 with water. Mix thoroughly, prior to application.
Method:	Cure Topcoat 10 -15 minutes. Remove from oven and dip painted parts 5 seconds or more, to desired color intensity. Rinse parts immediately in clean water to remove excess Dye. Continue Topcoat Curing cycle to achieve uniformly cured parts: according to Topcoat Cure Cycle recommendations.
Refresh:	As solution becomes cloudy, refresh with Acetone.

Storage
Store in tightly sealed containers, at ambient temperatures. Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign materials. Process ability of this product can be adversely affected by evaporation and contamination.

Shelf Life
12 months, provided materials are kept in sealed original containers under specified conditions. Storage beyond this period can produce higher viscosities.
