Description

VG-4744 is a high solids,
clear, universal primer that has been
designed for use over difficult to
adhere to substrates including: TPO, Polypropylene,
Polyethylene Nylon, PET and Metal.
Among its attributes, VG-4744
is a wet on wet adhesion promoter and
requiring zero flash off time prior to
Basecoat application. In addition,
VG-4744 provides superb flow at thin
film loading levels, and is designed for
universal adhesion promotion of clear
and color coat paint systems.

Cure Cycle

VG-4744 may be over coated
immediately upon application, making it acceptable
for use in wet on wet applications. Flash
off not required for use with this
coating.

Storage
|
|
Store in tightly sealed
containers, at ambient temperatures.
Protect from moisture, evaporation and foreign
materials. Process ability of this product
can be adversely affected by evaporation
and contamination.

Shelf Life
|
|
12 months, provided
materials are kept in sealed original
containers under specified conditions.
Storage beyond this period can produce
higher viscosities.
